Apply for Funding

Gilead’s grant program is structured in three distinct phases:

  • Phase 1: Grant applications
  • Phase 2: Application review (twice per year: end of June and end of September)
  • Phase 3: Grant recipient announcements

We encourage all applicants to submit their grant applications no later than June 15 or September 15. Grant applications will be reviewed shortly after, and applicants will be notified about decisions in July or October.

For initiatives that require funding prior to June, please outline key dates within the application and Gilead will review as required.

Grant applications for Journal Clubs and Rounds are accepted and reviewed on an as-needed basis throughout the year. 

Formal notifications of all funding decisions are sent in writing by email to the contact listed on the grant account profile.
